Broken Hearts Burger Club was created when Brisbane based founder Jay Gordon saw a gap in the market. Before opening, in 2020, Jay spent the majority of lockdown formulating the ultimate LA-inspired burger. After gaining a following on social media, hosting multiple sell-out burger pop-ups and numerous taste-tests, Jay landed on the perfect smashed burger. While known for their burgers, other items you can find on their menu include cheesy fries, mozarella sticks, shakes and more.
